Tickets and products can be picked up or mailed. Some event tickets must be picked up at the event.

Donations are non-refundable.
If a product is purchased, you can cancel this order within 1 week after you have received it.
You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been
delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
